Under permission of steering committee, according to the labor agreement and the aim of strengthening solidarity among members, the union local is going to arrange a two-day vacation in Thac Da tourist area for all members in DDG. It not only expresses a cultural tradition but also the care and encourage to the laborer from the leader.

“This activities is full of signification, it simply is not relax after a year of hard working and contribution, strengthening the relation among members. The most things that we want are to successfully build a great Dong Duong family in which every one is unanimous to build up a splendid future with all one’s heart for Dong Duong in general and each member in private”. Mr. Bui Quoc Hoan, general director, said.

During the last years, Dong Duong concentrates and gathers his strength to improve policy of treatment; emulation – comment and reward – discipline system; internal quality management system with the aim of building up a Dong Duong that is powerful for all aspects and full of private cultural character.
